Chorley logistics provider fulfilmentcrowd has announced the expansion of its US network, introducing three new centres located in New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles.
Replacing its previous two US locations, the new centres enhance fulfilmentcrowd’s North American presence, enabling coast-to-coast coverage for its brands serving US customers.
The new facilities will be operated in partnership with Royal Fulfillment and are strategically positioned to support high-volume eCommerce and B2B distribution across the United States, with locations in Newark, NJ on the east coast, Chicago, IL in the midwest and Los Angeles, CA on the west coast.
Lee Thompson, chief executive of fulfilmentcrowd, said: “The US is a critical growth market for many of our clients.
"With this three-centre network, we’re aiming to reduce operational friction at scale, giving global brands the ability to operate domestically across the US with speed, flexibility and cost control built in.”
In partnership with Royal Fulfillment – a family-run operator with over 18 years of industry experience – the new centres bring an integrated and operationally aligned fulfilment approach to the fulfilmentcrowd network.
Royal’s infrastructure has been designed around its own fulfilment operations, resulting in highly optimised workflows across goods-in, storage, picking,
packing, returns and rework.
Each site is equipped to handle both direct-to-consumer and large-scale retail distribution, with established capabilities supporting major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart and Sephora.
The facilities also unlock a broader range of domestic shipping services and price points, including ground, day-definite and expedited air options, through major carriers including USPS, FedEx and DHL – giving brands greater control over delivery speed and cost.
Across all three locations, company bosses say the centres offer more than 600,000 sqft of combined warehouse space, direct access to major ports, rail networks and airports, advanced assembly, packaging and value-added services and integrated eCommerce and B2B capabilities.
Lee added: "This is about more than just adding locations.
"These centres add to a network that already reflects how modern brands operate: omnichannel, fast-moving and customer-first.
"Now we can support these requirements across the entire United States.”
It comes after Lancashire Business View reported in December that Lee Thompson had described 2025 as a 'transformational year at fulfilmentcrowd'.
Since securing investment from private equity firm Palatine in May 2025, the business has been focused on scaling operations across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia, with recent figures from peak season corroborating this strong international momentum.
