More inspirational speakers have been lined up for the Lancashire Net Zero Carbon Conference 2025.
The event hosted by Lancashire Business View is in its third year and will take place on Wednesday 18 June at Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort.
It will bring together professionals from public and private sectors to talk about the challenge of businesses transitioning to a low-carbon economy.
It has attracted leading figures from the energy industry bodies including GB Energy and Energy UK.
Miranda Barker, chief executive of East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce; Becky Toal, managing director of Crowberry Consulting, and James McKittrick, sustainability manager for JBA Risk Management will be on stage sharing their Net Zero experiences.

Richard Slater, chairman of Lancashire Business View, says businesses will not want to miss out on tips to develop their own Net Zero journey.
He said: “We’re delighted to welcome a dynamic lineup of speakers who will bring fresh insights and proven Net Zero strategies.
“The sessions will go beyond trying to inspire delegates. In addition, it will deliver practical, actionable takeaways that businesses can implement immediately to drive measurable climate impact.”
There will also be a guided tour for delegates to learn about the steps taken by the Crow Wood Hotel to provide a greener future.
The Burnley hospitality venue has had more than 2,200 ground-mounted solar panels installed in its grounds, courtesy of Burnley-based commercial solar panel installer Low Carbon Energy, whose founder Ged Ennis will be a speaker at the conference.
Ged said: “We are really looking forward to learning from industry experts on the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead on the road to net zero.
“For our part we are delighted that Crow Wood have allowed us to showcase the installation we completed for them last year.
“It will be a fantastic opportunity for delegates to see a working system, and on the day our technical team will be able to talk through the process and benefits of securing cheap, green electricity for years to come.”
Helen Seagrave, local power director of GB Energy and Charles Wood, deputy director of policy at Energy UK will be among the headline speakers.
GB Energy, also known as Great British Energy, is a publicly owned, clean-energy company and it will own, manage and operate clean power projects, such as wind farms, up and down the country.
