Jewellery and watch retailer Beaverbrooks Group, which owns Beaverbrooks as well as and luxury watch and fine jewellery boutique retailer Loupe, has increased its leadership team the team from five to seven after recent appointments.
Promoting from within, Ben Reilly is now operations director, Jo Wilkinson has become digital and brand experience director, and Nick Bucknell is now watch buying and Loupe operations director.
Beaverbrooks says the changes strengthen the Group’s leadership structure while recognising the experience and contribution of long standing members of the team. This includes Adelle Thompson, who joined Beaverbrooks in 1978 and remains the company’s director of jewellery buying and merchandising.
The Adlestone family’s ownership of Beaverbrooks remains represented by the third generation, with Mark Adlestone continuing his close involvement in the business as chairman and director.
The changes are a precursor to the retirement of brand director Roger Fairhurst, who will step down at the end of September after more than 35 years with the group and will leave the business in spring 2027.
Anna Blackburn, managing director at Beaverbrooks, said: “Ben, Jo and Nick have built long and successful careers with The Beaverbrooks Group and bring significant expertise across our business.
“This is an exciting time for the Group and the right moment to strengthen our leadership team as we continue to deliver our strategic vision and work towards our core purpose of enriching lives.
“We are also incredibly grateful to Roger for more than 35 years of commitment to the business and everything he has contributed throughout his career.”
