Iced launches bespoke Tom Parker ecommerce

Iced and Tom Parker Ltd (A Hot 100 business) are inviting visitors to explore the new Tom Parker website and E-Catalogue.

The new ecommerce website has been designed to provide the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout, allowing customers to access detailed product information, quickly purchase and repeat order quickly and easily. Due to complexity of the bespoke ecommerce site the initial development took 7 months to plan, design and build.

The site includes extensive product information to help customers understand Tom Parkers complete range of Hydraulic & Pneumatic parts.

Created with the user experience firmly in mind, the commerce website has been designed using the latest responsive technology so the site (and resale partner sites) are compatible with today's browsers and mobile & tablet devices.

Not only has the website had a new bespoke frontend, the backend has been rebuilt too. Due to previous limitations, Iced has rebuilt the system from the ground up so that the ecommerce now talks to Tom Parkers Matrix catalogue system, as well as their sales and stock management systems.

In addition, all reseller sites are now able to list, manage and sell their own product catalogue whilst still retaining the Tom Parker 34,000 product catalogue.

On the Tom Parker website, visitors can also stay informed with the latest news of the company. The news & blog section features the latest announcements, product announcements and job opportunities.

Furthermore, the new website allows users to share products and pages that interest them with others across Facebook, Twitter and Google+. Iced are proud to continue their partnership with Tom Parker on building all of the resale partner websites.
