Embrace tech to find fresh talent, say recruiters

Enterprising employers are embracing the use of technology, including psychometrics, as they seek to recruit the best talent in changing times, say Ribble Valley based executive recruiters Walmsley Wilkinson.

The challenge of recruiting during remote working is daunting for many businesses as old traditions such as interviewing face-to-face, shaking hands and assessing body language are left behind.
