At Fagan & Whalley, we’re under no delusion that we could be classed as your average, run-of-the-mill logistics provider…

But with almost a century of rich history and experience under our belt - how could we be? Rather than trying to stifle what makes us different, this month we wanted to delve into the distinctive traits that set us apart and the reasons that our clients choose to partner with us…

We have almost 100 years of experience

At Fagan & Whalley, we have a story. A story that began in 1927 as a small local business delivering goods to neighbouring villages using horse-drawn carts.

Today, after six generations and almost a century later, we've grown into an established logistics provider with a fleet of over 200 vehicles and extensive warehousing spanning over 350,000 square feet. 

But this rich heritage isn't just a historical fact or a nice tale to tell, it's reflected in our genuine care for customers and the enduring family-run ethos of our business. We honour our heritage by building lasting relationships with our clients, embedding our core values into everything we do, and carrying forward the traditions that have shaped us over the years.

Our people are at the heart of what we do

Secondly, we’ve never shied away from the fact that our people make us who we are. Despite our reach spanning the entire UK, our core values still prioritise genuine and open communication, transparency, and a deep sense of care. We believe that our collective success is rooted in the wellbeing and growth of our team members - which is why we prioritise creating an environment where everyone feels valued and has room to grow.
