Dragons’ Den star Rachel Williams has been added to the line-up for Lancashire Business View’s Funding Summit.
Rachel is the founder of specialist award winning skincare brand Albus and Flora, based in Nelson, that provides targeted support for the lips and surrounding skin.
Already stocked by over 400 clinics, spas, pharmacies and beauty retail, Rachel appeared on the BBC Dragons’ Den in 2026, securing investment with Touker Suleyman, and is now focused on scaling the business and growing both UK and overseas markets.
She will be joining Derry Green, founder and owner of award-winning luxury glamping brand Secret Garden Glamping which operates locations across England and Ireland.
He is known for building the business from the ground up and for his appearance on BBC’s Dragon’s Den, and is now leading the brand through its next phase of growth and expansion.
Derry was named as Lancashire Business View ‘Business Personality of the Year’ at Lancashire Business Day in November.
Joe O’Connor, investment executive at FW Capital works with business owners, advisers and intermediaries to assess opportunities to support SME growth through the British Business Bank’s Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II.
He will be speaking about funding opportunities through UK regional fund manager FW Capital.
Steve Bell from Pierce, Martin Emmott from Rosebud and Ben Smith from Kingsley Asset Finance have also been confirmed as speakers for the summit.
The Funding Summit will connect businesses directly with regional investors, banks, and deal-makers to explore real funding options, acquisitions, and growth strategies.
It takes place on June 17 at the Village Hotel, Blackpool, in association with Kingsley Finance, Pierce and Rosebud.
