Harrison Drury has appointed civil litigation specialist Rob Kellock as a partner to lead a new service offering within its dispute resolution team.
Based in Preston, Rob will establish a dedicated civil litigation service supporting several teams across the firm, including commercial, land and property dispute resolution, and wills, trusts and probate.
Rob joins Harrison Drury after six years running freelance practice RK Law, where he specialised in civil litigation for SME businesses, advising on matters including debt recovery, breach of contract and County Court claims.
He previously spent 13 years leading his own practice, Kellocks Solicitors, and has worked in Preston throughout his legal career.
Sean Gibbs, partner at Harrison Drury, said: “Having someone with this level of expertise available to work closely with our teams will offer significant benefits to the firm and ultimately our clients.”
Rob added: “Harrison Drury has referred clients to me for 15 years and I have a number of friends who work here already, so I’m really excited to become part of the team.”
Rob is a member of the Law Society’s criminal litigation accreditation scheme.
