Autocue, a prominent innovator in teleprompter solutions, has collaborated with leading digital marketing agency, Fat Media, for a significant upgrade to their online platform.

The collaboration involved migrating Autocue's website from Umbraco to WordPress, with a strategic focus on amplifying their digital presence and enriching user experience.

Driven by a shared commitment to innovation and excellence, Autocue and Fat Media embarked on this transformation to reinvigorate the brand's online identity. Fat Media's expertise in website development and optimisation, combined with Autocue's vision for a more interactive and user-friendly platform, resulted in a seamless migration that delivered impressive results.

Key Features of the Collaboration:

  1. Migrating to WordPress: FM successfully orchestrated the migration process from Umbraco to WordPress, ensuring a seamless transition that maintained Autocue's digital visibility and accessibility.
  2. Revitalised Design: The website received a modern facelift, perfectly aligning with Autocue's refreshed branding. The revamped design follows the contemporary aesthetics and captures visitors with engaging visuals.
  3. Customisable Interface: A highly customisable, component-based interface was integrated, allowing Autocue to tailor its online presence according to evolving market demands and customer preferences.
  4. Effortless Shopping Experience: Through WooCommerce integration, Autocue now offers customers a streamlined shopping experience across all devices, simplifying the purchasing process and boosting customer satisfaction.
  5. Salesforce and Licensing Software Integration: Autocue embraced automation by integrating Salesforce and licensing software, streamlining internal operations, enhancing data management, and elevating customer relationship management.
  6. Mobile-First Approach: The new platform prioritises mobile optimisation, recognising the importance of mobile browsing, and Autocue's commitment to reaching audiences across all devices.

Throughout the project, the Fat Media team prioritised intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless browsing experience across devices through their commitment to responsive design principles.

Commenting on the partnership, Darren Wilson, managing director at Fat Media expressed: "Collaborating with Autocue was a rewarding experience. Our shared goal of enhancing their online presence and user experience was at the forefront of every decision. We're thrilled to see the positive response to the revamped platform."
