THE LANDMARK INVITED LOCAL BUSINESSES TO THEIR VENUE FOR A SPECIAL OPEN DAY TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL COWORKING DAY.jpg.jpg

The Landmark in Burnley celebrated #InternationalCoworkingDay with a very special Open Day in conjunction with the Burnley Express on Wednesday 9th August.

Local businesses, from start-ups to larger enterprises, attended lunch in The Lounge with a glass of fizz on arrival, as well as getting the opportunity to enjoy a full tour of the fantastic facilities including The Landmark’s thriving co-working space and business club, and the beautiful 1873 Wing.

Those visiting also got the chance to take advantage of free access to the co-working space between 9am and 5pm, while one lucky attendee will win a free month’s Business Club membership following the event.

Alongside the Open Day, The Landmark are offering 50 free ‘try before you buy’ day passes to local businesses, large or small, throughout August.

Available on a first come, first served basis, those signing up will be able to experience a full day of using The Landmark’s co-working facilities, which recently were named as one of the top 10 in the UK by The Daily Express.

You can claim for your free pass here.

Claire Rhodes, general manager at The Landmark, said: “We have had a fantastic time at our Open Day and we would like to say a huge thank you to past, present and future members too, who attended.

“It was great to celebrate International Coworking Day together, show everyone around our facilities, have lunch together and to welcome lots of new faces into our co-working space with their free day passes.

“Thank you to the Burnley Express, who we ran this Open Day in conjunction with, and we can’t wait to see the new faces from today joining us more regularly in the co-working space.”

Located in the heart of Burnley town centre and recently celebrating four years in business, The Landmark’s Business Club, which boasts over 100 members, offers a number of services and spaces including co-working, fixed desk memberships, virtual offices, meeting rooms, private offices, event and conference facilities, as well as access to The Lounge which offers a brilliant range of hot drinks, snacks and a fully licenced bar.

Set in the former Burnley Grammar School Grade II listed building, The Landmark has undergone a tremendous £2.5m restoration project, with Phase 1 seeing the introduction of the Business Club and Phase 2 welcoming the 1873 Wing, Burnley’s newest event destination for parties, weddings, christenings and much more.
