Tim Rackham has been appointed as managing director of Eric Wright Group's residential home building division, Applethwaite.
Tim joined Applethwaite just under three years ago and has played a key role in improving company operations across multiple areas.
The leadership team has grown, showing more cohesion and capability.
At the same time, Applethwaite has strengthened its sales and customer journey functions along with expanding its landbank strengthening its future pipeline of developments.
Tim’s appointment aligns with Applethwaite’s strategy to build on recent successes and maintain momentum in the next phase of business growth.
