Graham and Brown 80th anniversary

Graham and Brown is launching a new wallpaper collection to celebrate 80 years of design.

The collection honours four generations of creativity, innovation and craftsmanship that have shaped the brand since its beginnings in Blackburn in 1946.

The collection brings together eight iconic designs for eight iconic decades in Graham and Brown’s 80 year story.

Created by the Graham and Brown family, design studio and colleagues who have been part of the brand’s journey, it is a heartfelt celebration of the people, creativity and shared moments that have shaped the business into where it is today.

Launching on 2 February 2026, Graham and Brown’s official 80th birthday. This collection reimagines eight archive designs in contemporary new ways, thoughtfully crafted for today’s interiors.

Each design tells a chapter of the Graham and Brown story, inviting customers to celebrate heritage while creating loving homes for modern life.

Iona Graham, brand and marketing controller at Graham and Brown, said: “Launching this Iconic collection is a truly special moment for me, my family and everyone at Graham and Brown.

"I know my great grandfather would be immensely proud of the growth and evolution of the company over the past 80 years, and this collection feels like a heartfelt tribute to the heritage, craftsmanship and creativity that have shaped our story.

"Each design is woven with personal stories and cherished anecdotes from our past, thoughtfully reimagined to bring these eight iconic designs for eight iconic decades, to life.

"We’re incredibly proud to share this collection as we mark such a meaningful milestone hope our community enjoy using these designs in their own homes - and we perhaps even reconnecting with a little nostalgia, beautifully refreshed with a contemporary twist.”

Andrew Graham, chief executive at Graham and Brown said: "Celebrating 80 years in business, and entering our fourth generation, is an immensely proud
moment for all of us at Graham and Brown.

"Through hard work, a brilliant team and the ambition to take our Lancastrian heritage to London and beyond, we’ve evolved from a British manufacturing business into a global online retailer, with two inspiring showrooms and an exciting future ahead.

"I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come, or of the people who have shaped this journey.

"We’ve loved every moment of creating this collection and our customers enjoy discovering it as much as we enjoyed designing and bringing it to life.”

John Carter, chairman and grandson of Henry Brown, added: “It’s been an absolute privilege to be a part of this business for over 50 years.

"It’s been inspiring to witness how Graham and Brown have evolved and adapted to changing times in design trends and production methods. From our humble beginnings in wallpaper to now having a beautiful portfolio of products, all brought to life by some very talented people.

"Celebrating 80 years in a family business is a wonderful achievement and should be celebrated by every colleague who has been a part of this journey, I have had the pleasure to work with all four generations of both the Graham and Brown families and it is wonderful to see the enthusiasm, energy and passion the 4th generation is bringing to the business to continue this journey into the next decade and beyond.”

Graham and Brown collections can be explored online at grahambrown.com or in person at one of the showrooms on the King’s Road in London and Princess Street in Knutsford, Cheshire
