Neuro Sparks Business Solutions was founded in May 2023 by Dan and Valerie Armitage, driven by a simple but powerful belief: that neurodivergent people are not broken, they are different by design.

Based in Burnley, Lancashire, we are a specialist neurodiversity training, coaching, and consultancy company working with organisations across the UK. Our work helps businesses move beyond compliance, building genuinely inclusive cultures where neurodivergent employees can thrive and perform at their best.

We offer workplace training, leadership development, one-to-one coaching, and consultancy services, supporting everyone from frontline managers to senior leadership teams. Our approach is grounded in lived experience, academic rigour, and a deep understanding of what actually changes workplace culture.

In just over two years, we have grown to a team of 11 and serve more than 40 active clients, including some of the UK's most respected organisations.
