Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions, based in Burnley, is celebrating a series of national award wins recognising its work supporting neurodivergent people and organisations across the UK.

The business has recently been named Neurodiversity Support Platform of the Year at the 2026 Innovation & Excellence Awards, marking the second consecutive year the organisation has received the title.

This adds to a growing list of recognition for the company. Neuro-Sparks was also recently named Best Nationwide Neurodiversity Support Specialist at the Northern Enterprise Awards for the second year running, and was selected as one of only three Business Pioneer winners at the Forbes Trailblazers Awards, which celebrate organisations creating meaningful change across the UK.

Founded by Daniel Armitage, Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions provides practical support for neurodivergent individuals, entrepreneurs and employers. The organisation delivers workplace training, coaching, Access to Work support and guidance to help businesses create environments where neurodivergent people can succeed.

Daniel Armitage, chief executive and co-founder of Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions, said: “Winning these awards means a lot to us, but more importantly it reflects the people we support every day.

"I set this business up because of my own experiences of living with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. I know first hand how difficult workplaces can be when they are not designed with difference in mind.

"We want people to feel proud of who they are, not ashamed of how their brain works. At the same time, we want employers to move beyond awareness and create workplaces where neurodivergent people can truly thrive, not just survive.”

Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions continues to grow its work nationally while remaining rooted in Lancashire. The business focuses on practical, lived experience led support that helps individuals and organisations build workplaces that work for everyone.
