Burnley-based Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions has opened a new training suite on Grimshaw Street aimed at making specialist neurodiversity workplace training more accessible for businesses.
The new space marks a significant step forward for the company, which has operated from its Manchester Road headquarters since being founded in 2023.
Neuro-Sparks will use the suite to deliver open-access training sessions, allowing businesses to book individual places on scheduled programmes rather than commissioning exclusive in-house training.
Dan Armitage, chief executive of Neuro-Sparks, said: “We work with organisations of all sizes, and we kept hearing the same thing from smaller businesses.
“They wanted the training, but the in-house model wasn’t practical for them financially.
“This training suite changes that. You can send one person, two people, or a small team.
“You pay for the seats you need, and you still get the same quality of training. It just makes neurodiversity awareness accessible to everyone.”
Sessions available at the Grimshaw Street suite include neurodiversity awareness for managers, understanding neurodiversity in the workplace and leadership-focused programmes.
All sessions are delivered by trained specialists and draw on lived experience alongside academic and professional expertise.
