Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions, based in Burnley, has been recognised as a winner at the inaugural Forbes Trailblazers Awards 2025, celebrating individuals and organisations across the UK who are driving meaningful, positive change.

The business was selected as one of only three Business Pioneer winners nationally and one of just fifteen overall winners across all categories.

Neuro-Sparks was highlighted by Forbes Solicitors for its work not just advocating for change, but actively driving it through a deeply personal mission rooted in lived experience.

The organisation is led by people who have themselves been overlooked or underestimated by traditional workplaces, and around 80 per cent of the team identify as neurodivergent or physically disabled.

The business supports neurodivergent individuals, employers and entrepreneurs with practical coaching, workplace training and support that focuses on strengths rather than forcing conformity.

Daniel Armitage, chief executive and co-founder of Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions, said: “Being named one of only three Business Pioneers nationally is a real honour. Our work comes from lived experience - we know the barriers neurodivergent people face because we’ve been there ourselves.

"This recognition tells us that approaches rooted in understanding and adaptation are not only needed, but valued.”

The Trailblazers Awards were launched by Forbes Solicitors to spotlight people and organisations who are redefining what is possible in their communities, business sectors and industries. Pauline Wild, Managing Partner at Forbes Solicitors, said of all winners:

“Even amongst the wealth of inspirational entries, the final winners really stood out. All of us at Forbes congratulate them on this incredible achievement and are looking forward to celebrating them at an awards ceremony later this year.”

The Trailblazers profile of Neuro-Sparks describes its mission as transforming workplace culture from one that demands conformity to one that celebrates individual strengths. It also highlights the organisation’s commitment to continuous learning and evolving practices in neurodiversity inclusion.

This national recognition follows another strong year for Neuro-Sparks. The business was also named Best Nationwide Neurodiversity Support Specialist at the Northern Enterprise Awards for the second year running.

From its Burnley base, Neuro-Sparks Business Solutions continues to grow its work across the UK, helping organisations understand that supporting neurodivergent talent is not an add-on but a strategic advantage. More information can be found at https://www.neurosparksolutions.com
