McGoff Construction appoints Iain Fleming from St Helens as construction director

McGoff Construction has announced the appointment of Iain Fleming from St Helens as Construction Director, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business continues to grow across the care and residential sectors.

Iain joins McGoff Construction following 11 years at McCarthy Stone, where he held the role of divisional construction director.

He brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise and will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Working closely with McGoff Construction’s Operations Directors, Iain will oversee all project activity on site, ensuring delivery teams work collaboratively and effectively towards shared objectives.

Iain said: “Over the next 12 to 24 months, my focus will be on supporting the business to achieve strong, sustainable growth while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that enables our people to perform at their best.
