See how ambitious e-commerce brands turn AI into real outcomes. This hands-on session focuses on practical ways to boost efficiency across content, merchandising, and customer experience—while staying on-brand, compliant, and in control. You’ll leave with ideas, demos, and tools you can apply immediately.
The E-commerce AI Lab is a hands-on session built for e-commerce managers working in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
We’ll focus on real-world examples to show how AI can help with product content, merchandising, and customer experience.
Following a crawl–walk–run structure, we’ll explore how to:
- Start with chat-based AI to speed up copy and decisions
- Use AI reasoning to improve accuracy and consistency
- Move toward agentic AI that can handle tasks for you
You’ll see interactive demos, tools you can try, and ways to keep guardrails in place for claims, privacy, and approvals.
