Property management company All in Property is continuing its commitment towards raising industry standards by upskilling its staff with key qualifications.
As a result, lettings consultant Jessica Cartwright has completed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) level 3 qualification in residential letting and property management.Jessica, who joined All in Property in 2008, provides support to clients on a range of matters relating to the management and letting of properties, through the company’s lettings agency arm All in Lettings.
The six month course, accredited by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), consists of four units, covering legal aspects, the housing act, health and safety, legislation, security, regulatory issues and management.Amanda Luby, operations manager at All in Property, said: “Our ongoing commitment to staff development is of paramount importance in this industry, so our clients can be assured that work is done to the highest level, meeting industry guidelines.
“Due to the nature of this sector, it’s important for us to continually develop our staff to keep up with changes to the industry. This qualification means Jessica has increased her existing knowledge in key areas relating to residential letting and property management, allowing her to continue to offer clients the highest level of expertise and support.”Jessica is now working towards the NFOPP level 3 technical award in commercial property.
