Lancashire Business View is putting the spotlight on the county’s future leaders who are delivering now for the economy.
Sub36 is Lancashire Business View’s ongoing campaign to showcase the county’s young business talent.
As part of the magazine’s commitment to that, we’re focusing on the young men and women, all aged under 36, who are displaying leadership qualities now.
In our September/October edition we are working on a special feature to find the ‘Now Generation’ of young leaders making a difference.
Richard Slater, chairman of Lancashire Business View, said: “The county has some great business leaders and also some great up-and-coming talent.
“We want to recognise the ‘Now Generation’ of leaders under the age of 36 who are in charge of projects, departments, teams and making their voice heard in business.
“It might be people in their own business or in the companies where they work.
“These can be young people committed to making a difference, focused on improvement and displaying the qualities our future leaders will need in an uncertain world.
“They may not be household names yet, but some will be.”
Lancashire Business View is asking its readers and businesses to nominate individuals they believe are displaying these qualities of leadership now.
The deadline for nominations are August 11 and an expert panel of judges will produce a final list of ‘The Sub36 Now Generation’.
The Sub36 is supported by Bowker Mini and burnley.co.uk.
