The Sales and Marketing X Awards (SMX Awards) have been developed to as an ethical, fair, and supportive approach to the awards industry. Their mission is to identify industry leaders and recognise their achievements through a rigorous and fair judging process.

Big Presence are honoured to be partnering with the SMX Awards as the official training partner, providing training to all applicants on how to best prepare for entering the awards and the judging day. Alongside this Jonathan Finch, strategy director at Big Presence, will be one of the judges on the panel, so there will be one friendly face for the nominees on judging day!

Adam Brook, founder of the Sales and Marketing X awards said: "I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Big Presence and Jonathan Finch for their invaluable support in making this awards journey even more rewarding. Their generous offering of a 'Complimentary Judging Day Preparation' ensures that every entrant has the tools and knowledge needed to present their best self during this competition.”

Adam founded the SMX Awards to ensure it set itself apart from other award ceremonies, with support given to nominees throughout the process, and training and development provided that will extend beyond the awards themselves. Not only that, nominations are completely free and the thorough selection process of judges ensures no bias or conflicts of interest.

Jonathan Finch, strategy director at Big Presence, added: “The ethical standards and values of SMX are very similar to that of my own, and how we work at Big Presence, so when Adam asked me to be a judge and training partner for the awards I knew it was something I wanted to be involved in. Having judged similar awards previously, I am always so inspired by hearing others’ stories and achievements, and I can’t wait to see who the nominees are this year”.

Big Presence will be providing a complimentary training session to all who enter the SMX Awards. The objective of this session will be to guide applicants through the submission process, helping them present their applications in the most compelling way possible. This tailored training will be instrumental in levelling the playing field, allowing everyone the chance to shine.

Following that, all eventual winners of the SMX 2024 Awards will receive a fully-funded place on their course, "Revenue Resilience: Sales Tactics for Uncertain Times." This course is tailored for an era marked by economic volatility and offers hands-on techniques to fortify sales approaches, enhance adaptability, and ensure revenue resilience, regardless of market vagaries.
