Mercury Power has reported 250 per cent growth in its most recent financial year, delivering more than 200 projects in 2023/24.
Mercury Power’s services include the design, build, optimisation and ongoing management and support of all mission critical infrastructure, including mechanical & electrical systems, server rooms, communications rooms and data centers.
The business is based in Redhill, Surrey, but also runs an office and warehouse in Burnley. It is due to move into larger premises in Southampton next month to create further capacity for future talent and growth.
With ambitious plans over the next 12 months, Mercury Power has set up a new company and office in the Netherlands to support their European expansion and will continue to support the Middle East and Africa from their UK operation.
The growth plans have included the continued increase in its headcount in the last year and the company is currently recruiting 12 new positions to meet the demand for new projects - covering operations, engineers, project managers and administration support.
Simon Elliott, Mercury Power’s finance director, said: "We celebrated our 10th year anniversary last year and we have gone from strength to strength since we hit this milestone reporting some very positive growth in terms of revenue and headcount.
"Our rapid growth is the accumulation of 10 years hard work establishing and growing the business with repeat customers, blue chips, recommendations, people who want to work with us due to the value we add, our can-do attitude, and finding solutions.”
