Accountancy service provider Xeinadin has appointed Simon Denye as partner in its Fylde office, further strengthening its specialist tax and transaction advisory capability in the region.
Simon joins with experience in complex compliance and all forms of corporate transactions advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial groups on mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence and corporate restructuring, supporting clients through acquisitions, disposals and business reorganisation.
He works closely with business owners on key transition points, including succession, retirement, and preparing for sale.
Simon also advises on how to structure and extract value from a business in a tax-efficient way and supports clients through HMRC enquiries where needed.
In some cases, this extends to more complex areas such as cross-border arrangements, cryptocurrency, and share incentive schemes, where clear and confident guidance can make a material difference to outcomes.
Alex White, managing partner, Xeinadin North West, said: “As we continue to grow our presence in the North West, including in Fylde, it’s important that clients can access specialist advice locally.
"Simon’s experience means we can support businesses not just with their day-to-day needs, but with more complex decisions around transactions, succession and long-term planning.”
Simon Denye, partner at Xeinadin Fylde, said: “I’m joining at a time when a lot of businesses are actively considering ownership changes, whether that’s growth through acquisition, restructuring or preparing for sale.
"Xeinadin’s model allows that work to be supported locally, while drawing on wider technical expertise where needed.
"That combination is increasingly important as transactions become more complex, and business owners look for more joined-up advice.
"I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the team and the clients we serve.”
