Chorley-based Lanley Homes is set to begin work on a residential development in Singleton after acquiring the site for an undisclosed sum.
The site at Weeton Road in Singleton has received planning consent for the construction of five detached executive family homes. Work on site is scheduled to start in June.
Neil McManus, senior development executive at Lanley Homes, said: "This development allows us to continue providing small-scale housing developments in exclusive settings. We also have a number of other new sites in the pipeline."
Lanley Homes has been building high-quality, low-volume housing since 1988, specialising in exclusive residential developments.
The acquisition follows Lanley Homes’ ongoing development at Manor Croft, Barton, where the construction of six family homes is due for completion in July.
The homes in Barton will be a mix of four and five-bedroom properties.
