Breck Homes expands team to support growth

Preston-based Breck Homes has strengthened its team with a senior appointment and internal promotion.

Phil Silcock has joined the company as contracts manager, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in construction.

He was previously at Anwyl Homes where he spent eight years, most recently as area construction manager. He has also held managerial roles at Countryside and Seddon Homes.

In addition, James Fairhurst has been promoted to land manager. Prior to joining Breck, James spent six years in a similar position at Conlon Living.

His new role at Breck will include increased responsibility for sourcing land for future Breck developments.

Phil Dolan, Breck Homes’ North West managing director, said: “We’re continuing to grow rapidly and investing in our team is a vital part of this.” 

Breck has around 500 homes currently under construction.
