BasicBS, a new East Lancashire web development service, has invited business owners to play an online game - for the chance of winning a bespoke new website build.
The business has launched a retro mini-game at BasicBS Game where players jump in, dodge the hazards, rack up points, and battle their way to the top of the leaderboard.
And the person with the highest score will win their business a bespoke three page website for their business free of charge for 12 months.
Founder Rhys Brereton said: "Every trade, firm and independent venture in Lancashire deserves an online presence that actually works hard for them - fast load times, clear user experience, and modern search visibility. But we also know that a site overhaul is usually the first thing that gets kicked down the road when marketing budgets are tight or time is short.
"So we decided to put our money, or rather our development hours, where our mouth is. We wanted to inject a bit of proper northern fun into the business community, give people an excuse to take a proper lunch break, and offer a real prize that makes a genuine difference to an enterprise in our region.
"Whether you run a plumbing firm in Burnley that needs modern booking functionality, an independent consultant in Preston looking for an upgrade, or you are an employee wanting to win legendary status at the office by securing the company's new digital front door, you’re in with an equal shout."
Anyone wishing to take part can do so by visiting BasicBS Competition and playing the game, making sure to leave their details in case they finish top of the leaderboard.
