Lancashire law firm Harrison Drury has announced ten promotions, including four new legal directors and a new head of residential property, as it champions career progression across its client-facing teams and support function.
The promotions span Harrison Drury’s commercial and residential property, employment, and regulatory, compliance and licensing offerings, as well as the firm’s internal risk and compliance function and its marketing and business development team.
Rhian Hawkins and Sam Jones have become legal directors in the commercial property team, while Samantha Faud takes on the same position in regulatory, compliance and licensing. Risk and compliance manager, Fiona Mitchell, has also become a legal director.
Tracey McCambridge has become head of the residential property team, which supports individuals and families buying and selling homes, and navigating property transactions as their circumstances change.
Three further promotions also recognise experience within the residential property team. Amy Leslie has become senior associate solicitor, Kelly Becconsall associate solicitor, and Jackie Donnelly associate chartered legal executive.
Lauren Wood has been promoted to associate solicitor in the employment team, supporting the firm’s work advising clients on workplace matters.
Bethany Potts has been promoted to senior business development and marketing executive, supporting client engagement, brand awareness, and strategic growth activity across the business.
Simon England, managing partner at Harrison Drury, said: “Across the firm, our people work tirelessly to support their clients and colleagues. These promotions recognise the dedication of ten colleagues, and I want to congratulate each of them on this next step in their career.
“With progression comes the opportunity to make a wider impact, whether that means leading a team, helping colleagues develop or shaping how we serve clients. I look forward to seeing the continued contribution they will make.”
Harrison Drury advises individuals and businesses through nine offices in Clitheroe, Garstang, Kendal, Lancaster, Lytham, Manchester, Preston, Southport and Stoke-on-Trent.
