ECO Providers: Investing in Tomorrow’s Energy Efficiency Workforce

At ECO Providers, we’re proud to lead the way not only in energy efficiency solutions but also in developing the next generation of skilled professionals through our thriving apprenticeship program.

Supporting local talent across Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn, Darwen, Preston, and beyond, we’re committed to providing young people with hands-on experience and career opportunities in the fast-growing energy efficiency sector.

Learning on Real Projects with Expert Support

In partnership with local colleges and training centres, our apprentices gain practical skills working directly on real-world projects—from installing solar panels and heat pumps to conducting energy audits and fitting insulation. They also learn how to navigate government schemes like ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme, alongside vital customer service and project management skills.

Our experienced team mentors apprentices every step of the way, ensuring they develop confidence, expertise, and a strong career foundation.

Award-Winning Apprenticeship Team

We’re thrilled to be shortlisted for Apprenticeship Team of the Year at the BIBAs 2025, recognising the strength of our training and development program. In addition, our Diversity Champion, Helen, has been nominated for Diversity Champion of the Year at the Employers Excellence Awards, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and equality in the workplace.

Growing Fast — Join Our Team!

With over 100 dedicated staff and counting, ECO Providers is expanding rapidly and continuously recruiting talented individuals across multiple disciplines. We have an in-house recruitment specialist focused on finding the best people to join our innovative and values-driven team.

Whether you’re starting your career or looking to make a difference in the green economy, ECO Providers offers exciting opportunities in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
