Trostan Dene, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is proud to announce a significant milestone in its journey: a new leadership structure that brings both fresh perspective and deep continuity.

As of today, the company is under the new ownership of Danielle Holly and Colin Leach, who join founder Arron Leale in steering Trostan Dene into its next chapter of excellence.

A Proven Legacy Meets Fresh Vision

Since its founding, Trostan Dene has built a strong reputation in recruitment across the finance, procurement and supply chain sectors.

The firm has earned client trust through deep market knowledge, a consultative approach, and an unrelenting focus on quality placements.

They are now adding more scope to their offerings by expanding into the legal sector under the experienced guise of Arron, handing over the finance division to Danielle, who has been in this space since 2008.

Colin is continuing to apply his expertise in procurement, supply chain and operations, having joined the business as a senior manager in 2024.

Now, with Danielle and Colin joining Arron at the helm, the business is positioned to build on this solid foundation.

Their collective leadership marks a bold step forward—one that blends operational excellence, strategic growth planning, and a commitment to delivering highly specialised recruitment solutions across industries.

The Team Behind the Transition

Danielle Holly brings a wealth of experience in strategic recruitment leadership, organisational development, and team building. Her focus on people-first practices ensures that Trostan Dene remains not only a partner to clients but also an employer of choice in the sector.

Colin Leach joins with a track record in scaling recruitment operations, developing market-leading teams, and fostering client-centric growth strategies. His commercial insight and deep sector knowledge add powerful momentum to Trostan Dene's expansion goals.

Arron Leale, who founded the business, continues to play a pivotal role in guiding the firm’s strategic direction. His vision and industry relationships remain central to the business’s DNA.

What This Means for Clients and Candidates

With the new leadership, Trostan Dene is set to enhance its offering across four key verticals:

Finance – Matching organisations with top-tier talent in accounting, FP&A, risk, and more.

Procurement and Supply Chain – Connecting clients with strategic and tactical procurement and supply chain talent.

Operations – Matching clients and industry leading professionals into a key hire.

Legal – Delivering top-level legal talent across in-house and private practice roles.

Clients can expect an even greater depth of sector knowledge, faster response times, and a highly personalised approach to recruitment. Candidates will benefit from a wider network of opportunities and a continued commitment to honest, career-focused support.

Looking Ahead

This new chapter is more than a change in leadership—it's an evolution of purpose. Danielle, Colin, and Arron are united in their goal: to make Trostan Dene the go-to partner for high-impact recruitment, known for quality, trust, and long-term results.

Expect new innovations, expanded services, and a renewed commitment to excellence.
