Darren Bentham

Darren has been working with Artificial Intelligence since 1992 and holds a degree in AI from the University of Sussex, graduating in 1996. His business, The AI Works, provide business training, consultancy and software development in AI from their Chorley offices.

Often being a guest speaker on AI, Darren brings a wealth of knowledge on the uses of AI, as well as the pitfalls, legal and environmental aspects of the technology that business owners should be aware of.

Vanessa Rispin is the founder of ResultsNow.ai and an AI Workflow & Business Transformation Coach who helps small businesses move from understanding AI to actually using it in their day-to-day work.
She specialises in simple, practical AI-supported workflows that reduce admin, improve follow-up and consistency, and help business owners reclaim 8–10 hours a week — without needing technical skills or complex systems.
Known for her calm, down-to-earth approach, Vanessa focuses on helping businesses apply AI simply and confidently in ways that deliver immediate, real-world results.
