Kingswood Homes site managers Ben Tipton and Jason Booth have been recognised as 2026 Pride in the Job Award winners.
The prestigious annual awards, run by the NHBC (National House Building Council), recognise exceptional site managers who consistently demonstrate the highest standards in housebuilding, with a focus on quality, leadership and attention to detail on site.
The awards follow further recognition for Kingswood Homes, which recently achieved five star status from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth consecutive year, alongside being named Best in the North West for customer satisfaction.
Stuart Bullough, construction director at Kingswood Homes, said: “Pride in the Job is one of the most respected accolades in our industry, and it is a huge achievement to have two Kingswood Homes site managers recognised as winners in 2026.
“Ben and Jason set the standard for what great housebuilding looks like, from the way they manage their sites day-to-day to the quality of the finished homes. We’re incredibly proud of them and the teams they lead.”
Ben and Jason were selected for their commitment to delivering homes of outstanding quality and for leading their teams with a strong focus on health and safety, customer care and pride in workmanship.
Kingswood Homes is currently building homes at Green Hills in Feniscowles and Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden, with a new development in Whittle-le-Woods due to start later this year.
