Blackburn-based seoBusiness UK has impressed a new client so quickly that its digital marketing contract has already been extended five times in as many months.

The digital marketing and web development agency began working with Optical Revolution, an optician with five practices in the south east, earlier in the year on a search engine optimisation campaign. The original agreement has already been increased several times to include digital advertising and the rebuild and maintenance of its website.

Optical Revolution’s services include eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and myopia management. These eye exams use 3D OCT technology, the most advanced and precise piece of equipment in the field.

Optical Revolutions stands out in its industry by offering these exams at no additional charge, believing that all people deserve to benefit from the early detection and prevention of eye issues. As well as serving its own customers, the company works with the NHS to help handle the healthcare organisation’s workload.

Established ten years ago, Optical Revolution operates locations in Catford, Colchester, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath and South Shields and is now poised to expand further over the coming years.

Part of this growth plan has included investing in a new website, featuring upgrades such as an online booking system, and employing seoBusiness UK to raise its profile online.

The two began working together in February of this year on a 30 keyword search engine optimisation campaign in support of a single branch. By the end of the month, Optical Revolution had been so impressed by seoBusiness UK’s work that they doubled the size of the order in support of two additional branches.

Just a few short months later, Optical Revolution commissioned seoBusiness UK to run its pay-per-click digital advertising campaign, further extended its SEO campaign, requested the team redevelop its website and handed over the regular maintenance of its website.

Masahide Doi of Optical Revolution said: “This is a key time in the history of our business and we understand that we need the right website and digital marketing to help us achieve our goals.

“seoBusiness UK have been the perfect partner for us so far. They are a family business and this is evident in the way that they have worked with us. They have taken the time to really understand us and what we were hoping to achieve and have been thoughtful and generous in bringing ideas to us.

“Just as this is the start of a new period in our company’s growth, I see our work with seoBusiness UK as just the start of a long-term relationship where we will be working and growing together for years to come.”

Latif Kothia, operations director of seoBusiness UK, said: “We are delighted that our work with Optical Revolution has been so well received. They are an inspirational business, they have identified what they want to achieve and they’re confident in how they’re going to get there.

“We are proud that they have selected us as their digital marketing partner and that our relationship has been so positive and so successful that they have extended the remit of our work several times over. As Masa says, we look forward to enjoying a long-term partnership between our two businesses.”
