A pair of existing customers have increased the remit of their work with Blackburn-based web development and digital marketing specialist seoBusiness UK after achieving success with their initial projects.

The first new project will see the agency deliver a new website for Fibet Rubber Bonding as it looks to build upon the success of its ongoing digital marketing work. The second will see seoBusiness UK launch a new digital marketing campaign on behalf of Escapade Events, after delivering a new website last year.

Fibet manufactures an extensive range of high-quality anti-vibration mounts and isolation products that are used within a wide range of industries including agriculture, railways, earthmoving machinery, automotive, marine and more.

seoBusiness UK launched a search engine optimisation (SEO) campaign in March of 2022 in order to increase its visibility on key sites such as Google. As research shows that more than half of purchase decisions begin with a Google search, and less than a third of users ever click beyond the top few results, this is both a cost-effective and important part of any digital marketing strategy.

And already it is paying dividends for Fibet. Iain Wilkinson explained: “The results so far have been very positive: We’ve increased our search engine rankings and seen more traffic visiting our website every month since we began.

Now Fibet is looking to further improve its online success by overhauling its website. Iain said: “The digital marketing drives people to our website so it’s important that what they see when they get to us is up-to-date, looks great and shows off what we do best.

“Our current website is based on old designs and colour schemes that our Italian parent company no longer use. The new website will give us a fresh, modern look that better represents our strengths and keeps us ahead of the competition.”

Meanwhile, seoBusiness UK will shortly begin an SEO campaign for Escapade Events after delivering its new website last year. Escapade, which provides drinks and bar services for events, joined forces with existing seoBusiness UK customer Heathcote & Co, which specialises in high quality food, to provide an all-in-one outside catering service.

Escapade didn’t have much of an online presence before joining Heathcote & Co. Karen Bannon, group sales and marketing manager, explained: “Escapade’s success so far was largely built on word of mouth. The guys provide an excellent service and that got people talking, but the new website and digital marketing support will help take us to the next level.”

seoBusiness UK’s decades of SEO expertise will be paired with social media marketing to help raise awareness of Escapade Events and Heathcote & Co among its current target market as well as new audiences.

Karen added: “This new digital investment will help us win more work with a wider target market. It’s not just about talking to people who already book outside catering, it’s also about talking to those that might think it’s outside of their budget. We’re using digital marketing to tell them, we have something for you too.

“Everyone knows a champagne reception looks classy, and it’s easy to assume it’s very expensive. But we have a full range of services, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, and we’ll tailor our service to meet a customer’s specific needs. That’s the message we’re looking to communicate.”

Latif Kothia, director of seoBusiness UK, said: “We’re proud that two of our existing customers have been so impressed with our work so far that they’ve chosen to start new projects with us. One web development client has upgraded to include SEO, and one SEO client has requested a new website, which just goes to show that we’re delivering results in all areas.

“We’re particularly excited to be working on these two projects. They’re two great businesses, run by great people who have big ambitions. They’re looking to grow, to seek out new markets, and we’re excited that our digital marketing expertise will play a key role in helping them to achieve that.”
