Vincents Solicitors has unveiled its new look divorce and family law team in Lytham following the qualification of Chloe Santoni.
Chloe has officially been appointed as a solicitor within the family law team after completing her two-year training contract with the firm.
She has opted to specialise in divorce and financial resolution cases and will work closely with assistant Alex Tavoni to help separating couples in the local area.
Chloe is looking forward to realising a long-held ambition to work in this field and serve her community.
She said: “I’ve always wanted to be a family solicitor, to support people through a really difficult situation and help them find the light at the end of the tunnel.
"Having the chance to develop my career with Vincents Solicitors is a fantastic opportunity and I’m so pleased to be offered a place in this team after completing my training contract.
“I’ve lived in this area all my life and feel privileged to be working in Lytham, where I hope to become that trusted advisor and advocate for people in my own community.”
Mark Mosley, director and head of the family law department, is pleased to support Chloe’s professional development.
He said: “We are delighted Chloe has chosen to specialise in the matrimonial aspects of family law, we consider her a valuable member of our practice and family team.”
Chloe adds to Vincents 10-strong family law team, which offers expertise in all family law issues such as divorce, financial remedies, childcare, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and domestic abuse.
Specialist children’s solicitor Beth Laws will also be splitting her time between Vincents’ offices in Preston and Lytham. Her expertise includes helping divorcing couples achieve the best outcomes for their children, as well as care proceedings and domestic violence matters for families across the Fylde coast.
She supported by Vincents’ highly-experienced family law experts Val Shaw, who holds the Children Law accreditation and is an accredited specialist with Resolution, and Fahrat Unnisa, an accredited Family Law Panel specialist, to ensure clients receive a tailored and personal service.
“Divorce is a traumatic event, and the family lawyer’s role is to provide support and guidance to help achieve the best possible outcome which allows all parties to move on with their lives,” said Mark.
“We know how important it can be to have a friendly and familiar face to turn to and appreciate the part a local lawyer can play in their community. We are pleased to see Chloe progress and want to support her ambition to fulfil that role in her town.”
Experienced private client solicitor Chris Mathews and residential conveyancing specialist Callum Dudley will also be on hand to help divorce clients with updating Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and property transfers, after their settlement is agreed.
