Chorley based tiling and flooring preparation firm Kelmore has further strengthened its management team with two key appointments in brand new roles, alongside an internal promotion.
Joining the business are Marta Cybula as operations manager and Anthony Cristoforo as QC/QA Manager.
Marta brings extensive experience from the manufacturing and aerospace sectors, while Anthony adds over 20 years of expertise in quality control and assurance, enhancing Kelmore’s operational and technical capabilities.
Alongside these appointments, Tracy Bilham-Wills has been promoted to senior production supervisor.
This is the second promotion for Tracy since joining the team in 2024 and her progression reflects Kelmore’s commitment to supporting internal talent and recognising the contribution of its growing team.
These developments come at a pivotal time for Kelmore, as the company continues to invest across its operations.
Recent enhancements include the completion of a brand-new first-in, first-out racking system, increasing storage capacity by 980 pallets.
The business has built a new laboratory for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance department, enabling its R&D laboratory to double in size, alongside the addition of a new staff area and canteen plus expanded office space.
Andy Moss, operations director, said: “Strengthening our management team is a key part of our strategy as we continue to scale the business.
"Marta and Anthony bring valuable experience that will support our operational performance, while Tracy’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and highlights the strength of talent we have here at Kelmore.
“These appointments, alongside our continued investment in facilities and infrastructure, ensure we are well-positioned to meet increasing demand whilst maintaining the high standards our customers expect.”
Looking ahead, Kelmore remains focused on investing in both people and infrastructure with plans that include the recruitment of five apprentices across the business in 2026.
