The owner of Prairie Sports Village has completed an £80,000 upgrade of its hospitality offer and interior facilities.
The village features a golf driving range, all-weather mini golf course and all-weather sports pitches for hire.
Through the new investment, Burnley Leisure has launched the 1955 Kitchen & Bar, which is to be managed by the in-house hospitality arm behind Burnley Mechanics Theatre and Townley Golf Course.
Three new interiors spaces have also been created, creating special areas for the hospitality of families and friends, a quiet area for remote working and business, and a third zone for groups of sports visitors.
Mark Dempsey, hospitality manager at Burnley Leisure, said: "We are delighted with the Prairie refurbishment and new hospitality, leisure and business offerings.
"The name of 1955 Kitchen & Bar pays homage to the year that the sports pitches first opened on the site. It touches upon our heritage but we are offering a contemporary, British-led dining experience."
