PM+M advises Select Medical Ltd on the sale of the business

PM+M’s tax team has successfully advised on the sale of Select Medical Ltd and Select Medical Holdings Ltd to Herida Healthcare Ltd.

Blackburn-based Select Medical manufacture, supply, clean and repair a wide range of pressure relieving mattresses and cushions from their North West site.

Herida Healthcare, the buyer, is a Leeds-based manufacturing company, providing mattresses, cushions and various accessories to help treat and prevent pressure injuries.

PM+M acted on behalf of Select Medical owners, Ray and Emma Booth.

Jane Parry, Jonathan Cunningham and Mark Richmond, of PM+M’s tax team, provided tax and accounting advice and support on key elements of the transaction.
