Naz Sen has joined Fortidia UK as network sales & operations manager, supporting franchise growth across three of the group’s brands.

Fortidia manages the Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options brands in the UK from its headquarters in Accrington, with the three companies together maintaining and supporting over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of £80m, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers.

Naz’s role as NSO manager sees him heading a team working with franchisees across all three brands, supporting them operationally and helping them grow their franchise businesses.

With a ten-year career in the franchise sector, ranging from launching a franchised brand from inception, to serving as a franchise support manager and UK head of operations, Naz has helped a number of high growth and established franchisors to take their businesses to the next level.

Naz said: “The NSO team works across the UK, supporting the network operationally and helping our franchisees to grow and expand by making the best use of the resources available to them.

“Each brand focuses on a distinct set of customer needs, offering unique attractions and niches that appeal to a variety of entrepreneurs, depending on the type of business they wish to run.

“For instance, Mail Boxes Etc., with locations on high streets and in commercial areas across the UK, is uniquely positioned to serve SMEs with logistics, print, and packing services, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy building and growing their business through strong relationships and being an expert in their locality.

“A Mail Boxes Etc. franchise provides exceptional B2B sales opportunities, operating as a central hub and focal point for local businesses, especially those exporting and importing internationally.

“Pack and Send occupies a different niche all together, with a focus on secure and safe shipping of fragile, large, awkward and valuable items. As an approved service provider to LAPADA, the largest association of professional art and antiques dealers in the UK, PACK & SEND is a preferred supplier of art shipping services to galleries, collectors, dealers, artists and exhibitions around the world.

“While Mail Boxes Etc. and Pack and Send are built around a network of customer-facing service centres, World Options appeals to franchisees who can work a non-asset-based business from home, or who are looking for further revenue streams to their existing logistics business.

“Managed through a network of over 100 franchise offices across the UK, the World Options portal provides a complete shipping solution, allowing customers to compare, book and track national and international shipments of parcels, pallets, freight transport, documents and imports, with customer service provided by a dedicated account manager.

“While all these franchise opportunities offer different service structures for customers, and different working choices for franchisees, at the heart of it all, it always comes back to people.

“My team’s role is to support those people through our proven franchise models. We help our partners build and expand their unique businesses to achieve their personal goals, whether that's creating an asset to sell, generating a sustainable source of income, or growing their very own multi-site empire.”
