Natalie Davies joins Fortidia franchise support team

Fortidia UK has boosted its regional franchise support team with the appointment of Natalie Davies as Network Sales & Operations Supervisor for the Midlands.

Fortidia manages the Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options brands in the UK, with the three companies together maintaining and supporting over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of around £80m, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers.

With experience in global logistics and enterprise account management dating back to 2007, including more than 10 years at FedEx, Davies brings a strong track record of managing complex national and international customer portfolios, driving commercial growth and delivering high levels of service across enterprise and key accounts.

Based at the company’s head offices in Accrington, her role at Fortidia will see her supporting franchise partners across the Midlands.

She said: “I am very happy to have joined Fortidia, bringing my experience from previous commercial roles within a large multinational organisation, progressing through international, national and worldwide enterprise account management positions, where I developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, contract management, solution selling and cross-functional collaboration.

“I am motivated by improving network performance, building trusted customer relationships and delivering practical, results-driven solutions in fast-paced, operationally critical environments.

“Joining the Fortidia team here in Accrington, I’m looking forward to working alongside our franchisees in the Midlands.
