Preston headquartered Napthens has been announced as an associate sponsor of Manchester Art Fair 2026, reinforcing the firm's commitment to supporting the cultural, business and creative communities that help the north west thrive.

Taking place at Manchester Central from 19 to 22 November 2026, Manchester Art Fair is one of the UK's leading contemporary art events, bringing together artists, galleries, collectors, investors and visitors from across the country. In 2025, the fair welcomed more than 10,000 visitors and generated almost £1 million in art sales, reflecting its growing reputation as a major event in the UK's cultural calendar.

Napthens' sponsorship aligns with the firm's continued investment in Manchester and its wider commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to the region's growth, vibrancy and long-term success.

The fair provides a platform for established and emerging artists while supporting public engagement with contemporary art. It also contributes to the region's cultural ecosystem through initiatives including The Manchester Contemporary Art Fund, which has helped acquire dozens of artworks for Manchester Art Gallery since 2017.

Krista Powell, real estate partner and head of Napthens' Manchester office, said: "Manchester is a city defined by creativity, ambition and innovation, and Manchester Art Fair is a fantastic example of those qualities coming together. We're proud to support an event that celebrates artistic talent while making an important contribution to the region's cultural landscape.

"As our Manchester office continues to grow, we're committed to investing in the relationships, organisations and initiatives that contribute to the city's success. Manchester Art Fair plays an important role in the region's cultural and economic landscape, and we're delighted to be part of that story as an Associate Sponsor."

Sophie Helm, Managing Director of Manchester Art Fair, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Napthens as an Associate Sponsor of Manchester Art Fair 2026. Their support underlines the important connection between Manchester’s business and cultural communities and will help us continue to grow the fair as a major platform for artists, galleries, collectors and audiences.

“Manchester Art Fair is rooted in the energy and ambition of the city, and partnerships like this enable us to deliver an event that celebrates creativity, supports the wider arts ecosystem and reinforces Manchester’s position as a leading cultural destination.”

The 2026 fair will feature galleries from across the UK, alongside talks, workshops, curated tours and hospitality experiences designed to bring together collectors, cultural leaders, business professionals and art enthusiasts. The expanded four-day programme will begin with a collector preview on 19 November, before opening to the public from 20 to 22 November.
