Kingswood Homes site managers win double NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards

Kingswood Homes is proud to announce that Site Managers Luke Redshaw and Ryan Corlett have been awarded the coveted NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award, with Ryan also receiving the prestigious Seal of Excellence.

This double win demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to construction excellence.

This achievement marks a significant milestone for Luke, who has secured his first Pride in the Job award, recognising his dedication to building high quality homes in the North West.

He is currently leading the team building at Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden. 

For Ryan, the Site Manager at Green Hills in Blackburn, this latest accolade marks his third Pride in the  award in recent years, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to construction excellence.

These awards add to Kingswood's impressive track record of 17 Pride in the Job awards over the past five years, including four regional titles. Four of these Pride in the Job awards were awarded to first-time winners.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards are highly regarded in the construction industry, with only a select few site managers chosen from thousands of entrants across the UK. The Seal of Excellence represents the pinnacle of achievement in site management.

These awards follow Kingswood Homes receiving a 97 per cent HBF customer satisfaction rating, establishing it as one of the highest-rated builders in the North West, as well as retaining their five star HBF status for the fourth time in as many years.

These achievements showcase the company's ongoing commitment to construction excellence.

Kingswood Homes is currently building homes at Green Hills in Feniscowles, where it offers two collections of house types for customers to choose from, and at Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden.
