KBL recruits insolvency solicitor

Richard da Roza has been appointed insolvency solicitor by KBL Solicitors, working primarily out of the firm's Blackburn office.

Richard has extensive experience advising companies, individuals, creditors, debtors, directors and other stakeholders in all aspects of insolvency.

He has a particular specialism in contentious insolvency matters including claims under the Insolvency Act 1986 and claims involving directors and directors’ disqualification proceedings.
