The range on offer covers eight specialist IT, digital and data apprenticeship programmes including infrastructure technician (IT helpdesk 1st tier role), software developer, digital marketing and data analyst as well as a variety of digital solutions short courses and consultation expertise.

Building relationships

Working closely with employers, Intequal takes a holistic approach to training by looking across the whole team’s training needs over the short to medium term initially.

As national accounts director Zoe Dyson explains: “We look to support the development of new talent through establishing or reinforcing Early Career’s Programmes and providing continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities through upskilling activities for existing staff.

“By identifying digital learning needs both in IT, HR, Marketing and other teams, we can map skills gaps to the relevant training solutions and tailor a training provision plan that fits with operational activities, goals and timescales.”

Intequal adopts a flexible approach, building relationships with clients which creates a bespoke training service to address each customers’ needs. Both the apprenticeships and training courses are predominantly delivered through interactive online classroom sessions supported by an experienced subject tutor.

Globally-recognised qualifications

Most of the programmes include accreditation opportunities for staff to gain globally-recognised professional qualifications from Microsoft, CompTIA and Google and are seeing an increase need for teams to all hold role-related certification to support their practical on the job experience.

The company proudly states that almost half of graduates completing this year have achieved a hard won Distinction from awarding bodies like BCS and City & Guilds. (Intequal was also the first training provider to obtain Distinctions for the new apprenticeship standards).
