Lentl is the simple customer feedback tool that helps your business engage with your customers to receive invaluable feedback.

Developed by Preston-based software company Blue Wren, Lentl facilitates two-way communication between a customer and a business, asking the customer to rate the service they received. The convenient and easy-to-respond-to nature of Lentl means this can be done at any point in the customer-business relationship, enabling insightful and actionable feedback at key points of the customer’s journey.

How does Lentl score your service?

Lentl uses Net Promoter Score™ (NPS) to rate your service.

NPS is the globally recognised customer satisfaction metric. It is calculated by asking one simple question – “How likely is it that you would recommend our service to a friend or colleague?” – and scoring out of 10.

Lentl sends your customers this question via email. It also allows them to add their own comments, facilitating insightful quantitative and qualitative feedback about your service, straight from the people who use it.

For more information on NPS and what these scores mean for your business, visit here.

Lentl’s three-step process:

Step 1: Engage customers

Lentl makes it easy for your business to engage with its customers.

Customise the survey’s branding by uploading your logo and company colours. This allows you to maintain your brand identity when engaging with your customers.

Simply add your customers’ email address, tailor your email and send. You can also tag your surveys with the departments your customer engaged with, meaning any incoming results are attributed only to the relevant parts of your business.

Step 2: Analyse opinions

Lentl’s reporting suite presents incoming information in an easy to interpret manner.

You can view the aggregated results of your whole business or drill down into the different departments. This allows you to get a better understanding of your service’s strengths and weaknesses.

Lentl also presents the customers’ comments in a word cloud, making it easy for you to quickly see what words customers use to describe your service.

Step 3: Increase loyalty

Armed with the insight gained from your customers’ feedback, you can now act to create positive change.

Reach out to Detractors of your business to create Promoters, turning one-time dissatisfied customers into lifelong brand advocates. Lentl offers opportunities to continuously improve your service, giving valuable insight into how your business is perceived and performs, to make customer-retaining adjustments and facilitate growth.
