Four Recruitment plans 75 per cent Growth with appointment of first talent acquisition manager

Blackburn based finance and HR specialist recruitment company, Four Recruitment, has strengthened its team with the appointment of a talent acquisition manager to assist it in its ambitious growth plans.

Emma Rawlinson joins the award winning recruitment company to help the team increase their size by 75 per cent over the next six months. Emma has previously worked in the internal recruitment department at AO.com in addition to running her own recruitment business.

Operations director, Phil Sofield, commented: “2015 was our most successful year to date. We achieved our highest revenue and won two industry awards.

“We have ambitious plans to open a new larger headquarters in Bolton in the coming months, and to more than double our employee numbers in the next six months across our network of offices. Emma’s appointment will help us to achieve these plans. She is the first internal recruiter we have employed and her expertise and knowledge of the recruitment market is a huge asset to Four.

“We have made a fantastic start to 2016, January was our most successful month to date with a 33 per cent increase in revenue.
