Katy, who qualified as a solicitor in 2015, will work with employers to assist on topics including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues.
Oliver McCann, employment partner and head of the Blackburn office, said: “The employment team has grown significantly in recent years and the appointment of Julie and Katy in Blackburn signals our commitment to the East Lancashire market.” The pair are the latest to join the East Lancashire Employment & HR team after the appointment earlier this year of solicitor Carley Kerrs-Walton.
