Fortidia appoints Paul Leach as sales director

Fortidia UK has appointed Paul Leach as sales director, with responsibility for driving revenue performance across the group’s UK network for Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options.

Based at the company’s Accrington head office, Leach joins Fortidia from Landmark Global, where he served as UK sales director following 14 years with FedEx in a range of senior sales leadership roles.

In his new role, Paul will lead commercial activity across all three Fortidia UK brands, focusing on franchise network performance, sales coaching and the development of ecommerce propositions and carrier partnerships to support growth.

Fortidia manages the Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options brands in the UK, with the three companies together maintaining and supporting over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of around £80m, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers.

Paul said: “I’m responsible for revenue generation across Fortidia’s three UK brands, and that starts with supporting our franchisees to help them perform at their optimum level.

“I will be taking a hands-on approach, aligning the right tools and carrier solutions, getting into the field with our teams, listening to the network and removing blockers. Through leadership and coaching, our aim is to work together to drive sales performance and sustainable growth across the network.”
