Financial adviser makes two appointments

Independent financial adviser (IFA) Acumen Financial has made two new appointments to its team.

Independent financial adviser John Cummings and paraplanner David McDonald have joined the West Lancashire based company, following investment from One Point Advisory Services, an accounting and wealth management firm, supported by Cow Corner and Summit Partners.

With more than 35 years’ experience in the industry, John has held senior roles with wealth management firms AJ Bell, Ludlow and Mattioli Woods, while David spent seven years in managerial roles with British Airways before moving into financial services.
