“The county is recognised nationally as a gourmet destination thanks to the density of exceptional food producers, who supply many of our award-winning restaurants and hospitality businesses; ensuring top notch dining experiences and saving many valuable food miles.

“Along with our partner Booths, we look forward to naming the winners of the Taste Lancashire Producer Awards 2026 and celebrating their success, along with Lancashire’s leading tourism and hospitality businesses. Together they help attract over 66 million visitors each year to the county and continue to build Lancashire’s enviable gastronomic reputation.”

John Gill, Booths head of trading and marketing said: "We’re really impressed with the diversity, quality and integrity of the entrants this year and look forward to revealing the winners.

“We’re delighted to have worked with Marketing Lancashire in refining the categories this year to better celebrate the breadth and range of Lancashire’s top quality farmers, makers and producers. This really is an award that can put a producer on the culinary map and Booths are thrilled to share our support.”
