Drainage specialists Drainfast has expanded its delivery network, with the planned April opening of a site in Skelmersdale.
The new depot shows Drainfast’s continued expansion, growth and commitment to improving the service levels for their customers nationwide.
Trevor James, managing director at Drainfast said: “Opening our fifth depot in Skelmersdale is another major step forward for Drainfast.
"In just a few months, we’ve gone from three depots to five, giving us a network that now offers near-complete coverage across England and Wales.
"It’s a clear signal of our intent and the confidence we have in our model.”
The company, once operational, will allow for reduced waiting times for ongoing construction sites and projects, create substantial local stock and offer reliable delivery across the North of England.
The cost of opening the new depot has been undisclosed.
Luke Siderfin, area sales manager, said: "We’re seeing a real appetite from new customers in the North who want a supplier they can rely on.
"This expansion gives us the capacity to build those partnerships properly and support them long term.”
Since starting in 2003, Drainfast has more than 20 years of experience providing drainage equipment, services and other associated products to both civil and groundworks contractors alike.
By investing in this new location, the company say it is enhancing its ability to support contractors, developers and local businesses with dependable solutions tailored to their needs.
Trevor James added: “We’ve built a reputation on doing the basics better than anyone else.
"This expansion means more contractors can now experience that for themselves, and there’s never been a better time to start working with Drainfast.”
The Skelmersdale depot is opened on April 20.
